Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate property, roof, electrical, and existing-system information.
• Provide safe and timely access to the property and relevant equipment.
• Identify known leaks, damage, electrical concerns, warranties, liens, homeowner-association requirements, or access restrictions.
• Review and approve the written project scope before work begins.

Roofing and solar conditions

Roofing and solar recommendations depend on observable conditions and information available at the time of inspection. Concealed damage, code requirements, structural conditions, manufacturer restrictions, or prior workmanship may require additional work. Any change in scope will be discussed before related work proceeds where practicable.

Website content and acceptable use
